“Sometimes the thing that unsettles you is also the thing that refocuses you.”
This guide came from a real moment of reassessment. After finding a parasite in fish I’d been eating regularly, I stopped and looked at what I was actually putting into my body. Not from a place of fear, but from a place of wanting to be more deliberate.
It led me to simplify. To focus on plant based whole foods, to reduce what I didn’t need, and to build a daily routine I could actually trust. What followed was a noticeable shift: less bloating, steadier energy, and a quiet sense of feeling more in control.
I built this guide to share that structure. It’s not a dramatic transformation story. It’s a reminder that intention — small and consistent, is often enough.
